*Consultation fee is applied to the cost of a treatment if it is done during the scheduled consultation. This fee cannot be applied to future appointment balances.

Please be on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged based on the time originally scheduled and we may not be able to extend your appointment due to other scheduled clients.
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Please give 24 hour notice if it is necessary to cancel your appointment.No-Shows or Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged the full amount of appointment time booked.
